The difference between them: Multi-Fold: Pull out 1 sheet will advance the next sheet ready for next use. It's cheaper: 4000 sheets/case.

C-Fold: Individually pull out one-by-one. You have to stick your finger inside the dispenser to pull out each sheet. Inconvenient, cost more: 2400 sheets/case.Dispenser can be used interchangeably, except those very old C-fold dispensers which can ONLY be used for C-fold. Which one would you prefer?
